What if product is lost in transit?

If an ABAY order is lost in transit we first recommend reaching out to your local post office and filing a claim. You can file a claim by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS. However, you can always reach out to the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Or you can get in touch via the support page.
